Long term client relationships are a result of our flexible, responsive support services.

Arista Technologies provide a combination of telephone, on-site and remote access support to cost effectively maintain our client's systems.

Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using Terminal Services, an integral part of the Windows 2003 Server operating system. On occasions where an urgent issue cannot be resolved remotely we will normally be on site within four hours.

Arista Technologies can provide support of currently existing systems as well as those installed by us.

Support is charged at a pre-agreed fixed hourly/daily rates.
